FAQ

Who is Pitchstock for?
Pitchstock is for coaches of all levels who are seeking to grow personally and make a bigger impact on their softball pitchers. College coaches, travel ball coaches, pitching coaches, S&C coaches, athletic trainers, and pitching support staff all belong here.
How do I book the hotel block?
Pitchstock 2026 will be held at the Westin O'Hare in Rosemont, IL, just outside Chicago. Hotel block details will be sent to in-person ticket holders after purchase.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes — lunch will be provided for all in-person attendees on Day 1 (Thursday, August 6).
What if I can't attend in person?
The event will be broadcast virtually via Zoom so all remote ticket holders can participate live from anywhere. You'll still be in the conversation.
Will recordings be provided?
Yes. All registered attendees — in-person and virtual — will receive access to full session recordings approximately 3–4 weeks after the event. Even if something comes up and you can't attend live, you'll still get the full experience.
What is the refund policy?
Refund policy details will be published with ticket sales. All registered attendees receive recording access regardless of attendance, so please factor that in before canceling. Email support@drivelinesoftball.com with any questions.
